Re:Picasa 2.2, Active Link
After Installing this Program, I just tried it out, FUCK this Program is fast. !grin!
I normally use "ACDSee 32" for all my Image Viewing requirements, it doesn't have many Manipulation capabilities, or at least in this old version I have, but it has always been a fast program for me.
Picasa 2.2, seems WAY fast & cool !grin!

Re:Picasa 2.2, Active Link
It's OK, but the one thing I don't like is the way it behaves like XP. It creates a thumbnail database file for each folder so instead of just XP eating your HDD you now have Picasa doing the same.

if you set Picasa to check ALL folders only once, then delete the thumbs.db, that should fix it

Re:Picasa 2.2, Active Link
the only Downside, beside the Thumbs.db, which is easily solved, is the first time you run the program, it takes alot of memory scanning your computer for pics.
I changed mine to scan only once, deleted all the thumbs, works a treat now
