AC Milan are now allowed back into the Champions League this season coming. Also only 8 points deduction at the start of next season instead of the 15 point deduction they got first time around.

How the hell do AC Milan get a Champions League spot when other teams below them -who haven't been involved in scandals- don't get anything? Also ans 8 point deduction means sweet fa cos the Champions League is where the money is these days. It stinks....

I feel for the teams just below who've done nothing wrong. Inter, Roma, & Chievo should take the 3 Champions League spots.

It does, it stinks alright.

Amounts to little more than a slap on the wrists and sends out entirely the wrong signal to others who may be contenplating match-fixing.

No doubt that Milan, Lazio and Fiorentino bought their way out of trouble with teams of fancy lawyers.

I wouldn't be at all surprised now if AC Milan go on and actually WIN the Champion's League next season. The Devil, after all, usually looks after his own.

Why are you surprised? Corruption is part of football in Italy, and do you really think UEFA is any better?

The purpose of UEFA is to keep the money rolling in for the big teams from the big countries, to keep the upstart clubs and countries in their place, and to bankroll a luxury lifestyle for UEFA administrators.
