Ive just bought a sony dsc-s600 digital camera and have installed the cd
rom onto my windows xp system but nothing is showing in my computor
and the windows xp scanner and camera wizzard doesnt open.
Anyone got any ideas thanks

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the programme.

Are you certain the application is definately for winxp?
I'm sure it is..... but I assumed when loading Synch tool onto a windows PC running ME. It all went on OK but unable to download any pics from the phone to the PC.....no errors just nothing happened.
Well the application was for Windows 2000 and XP so assumed it would work on ME as well.
Tried it on XP went on exactly the same.....and worked straight away.
Not much help but just incase.

Tried that and still the same, i tried it on a friends xp and it worked fine ive
been told maybe my registry mechanic programme might have something to do with it
