i/ the child porn charges are completely irrelevent in this argument
ii/the bloke's innocent anyway until a court of law finds otherwise, so this really has no bearing whatsoever on the shootings, period.

Of course you are right if you have not yet qualified for a full pension. You should not however lose one you have qualified for.
