Yes, back and charging their support bands ?600 for side stage tickets to see them, according to the press. I know these tours are really just a money-making exercise now, but there's really no excuse for this.

More evidence that Jagger is tighter than two coats of paint then.

Mick Jagger has just turned 63 (DOB 26 Jul 1943).

He was born before D-Day! That makes you think doesn?t it?

I remember he was really pissed a couple of years ago why Saga (the club for over 60's) put his photo on the front of their magazine.

Keith Richards is 62 (DOB 18 Dec 1943)

Charlie Watts has just turned 65 and got his bus pass (DOB 02 Jun 1941).

Bill Wyman hits 70 in October (DOB 24 Oct 1936) - even he realised strutting your stuff in front of 50,000 fans on arthritic hips was getting embarrassing.

I saw in the paper the other day that Mandy Smith (the girl Bill was shagging when she was 14 years old and he was in his mid 50?s) is one of the "Celebrities" lined-up for ?I'm a celebrity get me out of here" in November.

Just after his 70th birthday in fact!

The Stones can't be back, because they never quit. IMHO they should have split along with the Beetles in 1973. But if they're still having fun, good luck to them.

Anyone see the episode of "The Simpson's" set in the future w/ the poster of the Stones' "Steel Wheelchair " tour?? Funny!

They were very good at last year's Super Bowl H/T I must say. Mick made a joke about one tune, saying "We could've performed this at Super Bowl 1".

While on the subject, this weekend the local PBS station did a replay of "The Concert For Bangladesh"-really amazing stuff.I was surprised to see it was from 1972--long time ago...
