The good news is that they're getting at each others throats over the war crimes.
The bad news is that its between the government and the right wing who feel they should be going in even harder.God help us....
BTW why dont British Jews wear poppies as a mark of rememberance for those who gave their lives in the wars??(They don't)

Re: Israelis are falling out
I was listening to LBC the other day (Nick Ferarri's breakfast programme, which, let's face it, isn't exactly the most balanced of shows)... it was the morning after Israel had bombed a building full of women and children and he was asking for people's thoughts.
There were many calls from British Jews all backing Israel's actions.
The thing that concerned me most was that they all used "we" when talking of Israel and Israelis. Had they ever lived in Israel? NO!!!! But they were Jews, so they saw it as their "rightful" homeland, even though I doubt any would be able to trace any ancestry to the area.
Just as we must not allow disaffected Muslims from wanting to blow up trains, planes and automobiles, nor should we allow British Jews from dictating British foreign policy in the middle east.
If there are Muslims in this country who don't like "western ways" they can always go back to Pakistan, Afghanistan, Yemen or wherever it is they come from originally.
And all "British" Jews who use "we" when talking of Israel should have their UK passports confiscated and put on the first plane to Tel Aviv.

The problem is that most of the "disaffected" were actually born here, so called British citizens. What do we do with them?

A nice, refreshing shower might relax them.

I hear what you're saying but to tell them to go packing......? I admit they're thinking is questionable seeing they never "lived" in Israel and putting "the" or "them" instead of "we" would have been more correct.

"no longer do we have an empire"
When we were a Kingdom we had a king, when we were an Empire we had an Empress, now we're a country, we have Tony Blair.mrmcfister wrote:
