Power Gen Have Incresed Their Prices Again

Powergen have annouced their prices will be going up again later this month for Gas and Electricity, its the second rise this year i wonder how many people have signed up with them with the promise of lower energy bills, on average gas and electric bills have almost doubled in the last three years, have your earnings gone up that much!sad!

Why would a households Income need to have doubled Just because Gas and Lexie Bills have doubled?

The cost of Clothing has more than Halved during the same Period.
Electrical goods are down by over 40%
Food Basics: Milk,Bread,Veg,Dairy,Frozen Foods all cost less.
Phone Bills are cheap as Chips compared to 3 years ago.
Internet access is almost a Freebie these days.
Hosting and Broadband costs are a pittance
The cost of Borrowing is lower.
Credit and Loans are Cheap, easy and accessible.
New Cars are Cheaper (but still over priced in the UK!)
2nd Hand Cars are 10 a Penny.

BUT More Important than ALL the Above :

The cost of PORN is DOWN over the past 3 years!!
DVDs are Cheaper than 3 years ago
Almost all the ?50 a Month Websites have Disappeared.
And ALL Those Nasty ?70 VHS Porno Tapes are Now gathering DUST in the backrooms of Those Dark, Dank, Seedy Adult-Shops of YesterYear.

Loads of positives from you there Angie but here are some negatives, the cost of cars may have come down? but the cost of running one certainly hasnt, food may be cheap but it cost more than 3 years ago just take a look at your till reciept when shopping at the supermarket i am one of the few who still pay cash and then you notice how much it has gone up unlike paying with a card where you just sign a slip of paper and walk away with the goods, and in case you havnt noticed interest rates are on the way up, council tax has increased by a figure that far exceeds inflation, this country at the moment is into a period of stagflation that is unemployment is rising but so is inflation the latter being caused by high energy prices, and unemployment being caused by the high influx of foreign workers who have come to these shores in the past few years saturating the labour market, and as for the need of a women prime minister we already have one thanks!sad!

years ago i signed up for friends and family since then phone bill is over a ?100 a quater ive contacted BT but get fobbed off with excuses about mobile numbers,gas/electric only 4 pound a quater ,gas 25??planeterotica wrote:

Really? They might not be VHS anymore but they are still out there.

My local sex shop currently has a sale on - any 3 DVDs for ?100 otherwise ?40 each. No wonder AITA supports Ofcon with the R18 ban.

www.uswitch.com will save you money. I switched from npower- the former MEB, which my family had been with since Edison- to ScottishPower and saved loads. They will also do the changeover paperwork as well- no fuss and no bother. I thoroughly recommend it.
