When I started to consume h/c porn back in the 70's, bought on occasional work trips to Europe, it was basically straightforward b/g and group sex, with the odd pop shot on the girl's stomach. Some of this new stuff being passed off, for me, isn't a turn on, whereas Color Climax et al from the 1970's is.
I am sure the models that appear in the films have no inhibitions when performing on camera, and are not the sad people who want to make a few quid as you suggested.
