Hells Kitchen USA........Christ, he dished it out didn't he?
Mind you, I think his expectations of some of the chefs(?) featured is too high as is the compexity of the products he wants to send out. The volume of customers is too much as well, its obvious they are on an uphill climb before they've had the first order come in. Its obvious these poor bastards are out of their depth and I think, a chance for him to shine with his language and attitude.
