tech help 2!!

hi again,

thanks to all who helped me with my last querey, but i have another!!

for the last 2 weeks or so, when i'm starting up my PC, i get greeteed with a box saying;

*found new hardware*
*Ethernet controller*

followed by another box saying;
-------------------------------------------

files needed
the file 'WPN311.sys' on NETGEAR 108mbps
wireless PCI Adaptor WPN311 driver disk is needed.
type the file path where the file is located and click OK
Copy files from

(in box to type in) - c:\winnt\inf\wpn311
(3 boxes to click on) - Ok Cancel Browse

now all of this may as well be in frikkin swahili!!
I understand precisely none of it!!

It doesnt seem to be doing any actual harm except slowing down my original start-up

Please help me!!! any advice gratefully recieved
