For those of you who liked the film ( iIknow a few who dont) there is a new directors cut out there which I bought and enjoyed immensely. So much in fact I felt the need to tell you here that it has an extra 45 minutes which adds more to the movies story and character not to mention the extra heavy bloody violence which one would associate with the Christian crusades which Ridley Scott must have toned down to get a far more commercial 15 certificate.

Well worth the buy if you are a collector.
