Doh! I meant 4-5 wickets per innings and multiplied that by the four innings during a test. Of course Warney would only bowl 'two' innings per test lol! !blush!

Warne got 40 wickets in the last ashes series and didn't he miss one of the tests?

I think 45-50 wickets during the series is possible in Australia for him, and that's the amount of 2 England bowlers. (Flintoff got about 24 wickets & Hoggard 16)

Darren Clarke must be pretty damn close. Apart from DC we Brits seem to have won absolutely fuck all this year.

Watch for some serious pressure to vote Zara Philips, she did win the Show Jumping World Championships this year. Also she has a very fine set of scones!

Overseas award should go to Federer, he is one of the finest sportsmen ever to grace this planet and seems genuinely modest about his talents.
