Does anyone on here subscribe to any good podcasts?
I subscribe to a few football podcasts, the jeff show podcast, and the bbc's 'In our time' podcast.
I've always found it hard to sleep and TV, internet, books don't help. I've found listening to these podcasts hep me sleep for some reason! !laugh! No I don't find them boring, I actually enjoy listening to them......until I drop off anyway.
So, anyone?

Just downloaded 'Start of the Week', cheers. It seems that most of the bbc4 broadcasts are pretty popular.
Not sure on the Folkways documentaries though. Music seems to keep me awake.
I've found audio books helpful with sleep as well. I just don't like paying ?5-15 to miss out on most of the story because I fell asleep.
