When Lord Levy was arrested some months back, I wonder if he was forced to give a DNA sample, like his chum Blair has insisted the rest of us have to when in the same situation. As a long time supporter of Blair, Levy surely couldn't have objected.

Keith,

There is no historical precedent. However I should imagine that if the PM of this country is questioned under caution for a crime then he will be obliged to resign.

Could it be that the one law for them, one for us has ended and that an honest, incorruptible copper has found his way in to power?

I'm sure I saw on the news that the bloke who will decide whether Phoney Tony should be prosecuted is Lord Someone-Or-Other who is in fact one of Tony's Cronies.

In other words the chances of Blair being charged are pretty much non-existent.
