The End Of New Labour

When Tony Blair became leader of the Labour Party he severed the links with the Unions who use to provide much of the funding for labour, he reformed the party and called it New Labour and approched wealthy people to fund the party with the loans for honours scandal, which now means that whoever is the next leader of Labour they will have to grovel back to the union barons with cap in hand to seek funding to fight the next general election, the union bosses will oblige no doubt and for sure they will again have a big say in Labours next manifesto, so is this the end of New Labour and maybe a return to the closed shop that Maggie outlawed, dig deep brothers, one out all out !love!

Well yes this has been talked about but i dont believe it will happen allthough they may get some state funding, the labour party are in deep shit financially as the loans that were gifts will now have to be paid back to save Blairs hide, he was at the helm when all this was going on so the buck should stop with him but he will be jumping ship next year and leave the mess for someone else to sort out, i still think the unions will bale them out, but on their own terms.

Can't believe it was only last year that we had a general election. With all the crap that has surfaced this year it makes me think that there was a bit of "INSIDER TRADING" going on and our Tone knew what was bubling up and decided to bring the election forward..... Lets face it do you think they'd have got re-elected this year.....

Didn't Gordon sell a load of our gold reserves a while ago saying we didn't need to hold as much. The timing was at one of golds lowest prices apparently. FW indeed.

Labour cant even keep their own finances in order so why should we trust them to run the country, and the only way their wonderfull chancellor Gordon Brown can make his sums add up is by introducing new taxes or raising existing ones anyone could do that ,you dont need to be University educated like smug Brown, and if the story in the Daily Mail is true and they are using taxpayer money to prop up the party they should go now ,fucking load of wasters!thumbsdown!
