As for manslaughter, under UK law it would be an arguable case, certainly. There is such a thing as gross negligence manslaughter but I'm not familiar with it in detail. I'm not sure to what extent his negligence could be countered by an argument that the actresses assumed a risk of sexual disease by having unprotected sex with him - and argument which, in turn, could be countered by observing that the actresses were not knowingly incurring this risk at all, because they were relying on Wallace's certificates - which, it is alleged, he knew were false and may even have faked himself.
