Let me get this straight for the record. You're saying that England tax payers are gonna pay anothers medical tab when they come to England for medicine. If that's correct, is England gonna help it's own people when THEY need medicine? If not, then there'e something wrong with that picture!

No. Simply, when at home in Wales the Welsh and all people who live there will not pay the charges. Of course they'll have to pay if they move to or visit England. Similarly English people visiting Wales will pay but if they move there permanently they wont.

We really do need a full independence from Scotland and Wales rather than this convenient (for them!) half way house. Then they can have all those Scottish MPs in Westminster like Brown and the rest of New Labour back too into the bargain!

Yes, Wales will be getting free prescriptions from April 1st. As for the English tax payer paying for it - believe it or not the Welsh and Scottish also pay tax would you believe!

I believe in fairness- England has been the imperial power in Britain for too long.

Scotland provided England with oil and gas. It now stores gas deposits for English consumers. A very one-sided argument.
