Shatner on a Plane?

That'll be Nightmare at 20,000 Feet, episode 3 of series 5. One of the series' most famous episodes, and remade for the patchy film.

Excellent show, btw.

This is the episode you are after from the TV series. It was a great series, and the film was so-so that was held back for a while due to Vic Morrow and 2 kids getting killed on set in a filming accident.

The West London of my youth is now on dvd

Hate to say it but I well remember watching this excellent show when it 1st aired, Friday nights IIRC. One of my fave episodes was based on a short story I later read, about a little girl who gets up in the night & wanders into a hole into another dimension. Her folks can hear her call for help but can't see her as she looks for a way out. (This was later ripped off in 'Poltergeist'.) This was genuinely scary to me as a youngster, had me locked into bed till morning for quite a while....
Serling put together another good show, 'Night Gallery', that was on Saturday nights when I was in college.Used to watch at the fraternity w/ my g/f after shagging in her room, then we would adjourn to mine for another round....the good ol' days....
