I have read with interest, the posts about Magoo's infraction with rule 2.6. He DID break the rules, but why do some have to use this forum for slagging off a fellow poster? In the past, Magoo has given me advice & help that I would have found difficult to get anywhere else. If he(or anyone else) has an opinion, then I think it only fair that they be allowed to expresss it. There will always be people who disagree, but then that's life. When I voice an opinion, I am not noted for my subtlety, which some people, who do not know me, may find hard to handle. I think I can be blunt, putting it mildly & would expect others to have an opinion on something I had said if they disagreed, but lads(& lasses) please don't let this forum degenerate into a bitching & sniping pit! Let's keep this forum for what it was designed, shall we! Please enjoy the "rest" Magoo, & come back refreshed! Please keep drunken rants for the pub guys!

All a distraction from what the real board is about - I have disagreements with people here and we all like to trade a few friendly jibes. However, blatantly insulting references to other board members and - more seriously in my view - to the girls we should all be here to support don't win browny points in my book.

Now lets get back to enjoying ourselves!

Can I just point out that my overeaction to that deletion was due to a misunderstanding of faq 2.6. Alec explained to me and I understood and agreed with his reasons. My main annoyance was not due to the deletion but due to other regular posters feeling the need to hijack the thread to attack me over the food posts involving myself JJ and Buttsie etc which were months ago.

I do not wish to argue constantly so I decided I will take a break from the forum as tempers are becoming frayed. And all these references to people sniping at models are a disingenious distraction. There have not been any snipes at models(apart from the occasional troll) and this is just a shallow tactic by certain posters to try and create a witch hunt against posters they dont like or who have argued with them.

I admit I sniped back at Cornish Chris but dragging the girls into the arguement is not fair.

I hope this clears the air as I do not want people thinking I stormed off in the huff because of a deletion.

mate, as far as I'm concerned. As I've said to others, the sniping & bitching at each other & the drunken rants should be left in the pub! Let's all discuss porn on here. That WOULD be a novel idea for some people, don't you think?
