MY "Day I was on..." series

Post by Arnold Layne »

Yep that's right Arnold "Fucking" Layne's true stories of non bollocks.
I was on the Nick Abbot show on Virgin radio in 1993, talking about censorship as at the time I managed a video store, I was also the first person to announce where Pink Floyd would be playing their only UK dates the following year on that same show.

More "Non bollocks" to come that dosen't involve Ruby "fucking" Wax, or convicted murderers. !thumbsup!

If you are going to have a travelling pub you may as well give it a proper name. !laugh!

Yes it was my local for a while and that is where some of the missing DAT tapes from the shows got 'lost' before they became bootlegs !wink!

But only 1 Soundboard ever surfaced from that tour, that appeared on the

"A passage of time"

& " A Night in Italy" bootlegs?

13/9/94 Stadio delle Alpi, Torino, Italy

Plus some rehersals from the US leg

or do you know something tasty? lol

I'm surprised by that - there should be more, not many mind but still a few.

There's many fantastic audience DAT's right from the opening night at Joe Robbie stadium Miami on 30/3/94 until the final show at Earls Court on 29/10/94, I have around 600 boots now, not every 94 show as there are some real stinkers sound quality wise, and I wouldn't bother anyway with every single one like the completists, I know 12 shows were recorded for the Pulse album, 6 in Europe, 6 at Earls Court, many tracks on the Pulse CD are a combination of up to three different sources as I'm sure you know, well if you ever want to delve into my collection Jaques for nowt your more than welcome to. !drink!

(and no I didn't use Google even for the dates... puts anorak on)

There have been a disturbing amount of people convicted of murder then acquitted many years later. There are many more...
