Why is it so fucking difficult to get basic information from them? You want to host a site, you need namservers/IP address for each nameserver, CPanel access and ftp information. Fucking easy right? Well you'd think that. It takes 11 fucking emails to show them how to do their fucking job and this wasn't even with a fly-by-night reseller but a big fucking host.
