The guy shot a cop so it's maybe not surprising but yes of course it's police brutality. There's a difference between "policeman" and "judge" - it's the judges job to punish, not the police's.

There's also some context here - this happened in a country where the police assault black people daily, and kill them on a regular basis.

And finally - it's also an example of police stupidity. Cops that stupid shouldn't be allowed to carry guns.

amazing how the FBI cleared the police of any wrongdoing!! then again maybe not, with it being America!

You're right on point strictly and to add to it we're having a few police brutality cases about to go to court soon in Chicago.
