I suppose I should have guessed that there are a lot of single guys on here due to the nature of the forum. I've only lived alone once in 32 years, since I was 18, when my wife died in 1999, for a period of about 2 years. Even before I was married I was always living with a gf.

To be honest I found being on my own a miserable existence and also I've always been shit at doing the ironing (I even shot some models doing the ironing topless in order to get my ironing done as part of the shoot, I used to have a buyer who loved stuff like that).

I got my very first apartment in July in 2002 at 36 yrs old when a "friend" put me out of his apartment after a few months of living with him after I left an ex-girlfriend's townhouse I thought I was gonna marry (she cheated on me). Needless to say he had a heart attack and can't earn a living no more and my ex-girlfriend's living in her own hell with men who don't give a care and not doing a good job of raising her 14 yr old daughter. I've been happy ever since.

I have never really been single. Living with current partner for nearly 15 years now and it is good. I go away quite a lot which gives us freedom but we go out a lot together and get on famously.
