Recurring Fee's for Internet sites

Im thinking of joining an Adult website.

British girls, but the site payment subscription is operated by CCBill.com. These as I understand are US based.

The problem I have is that it is $24 per month reccuring membership.

Has anyone else signed up for this kind of thing, and is it easy to cancel at anytime?
