it was Cyrus and the way he spoke the words 'caaaan yooouuu diiiiiig iiiit' that seemed quite magical for me lol.

its being re-made at the moment by one of the Scott brothers, Ridley or Tony I cant remember which, set in modern L.A.

is a site dedicated to the original film and really interesting, including cuts that didn't make the film, well worth a look.

also interesting was how the character 'Fox' walked off during filming changing his mind about the film which was why he got killed off early on.

there is a re mastered DVD out of the original including interviews and other quality stuff for fans of the original.
