No brainer!!

I went to look at an apartment in a new build today, (since when did flats become apartments?)

I looked around the show apartment. 2 bedroomed with balcony. I asked a simple question. 'How much is this?' Answer '?155,000. For that you also get one allocated parking space'

So far so good. The agent then said that there were 1 bedroomed apartments for sale. We went and had a look. Every room was smaller than the 2 bedroomed and there was no balcony. Same question as last time, 'How much?' Answer ?145,000 and no allocated parking space.

'Where do I park my car' me asks. 'Oh, thats not a problem' says the agent, 'you can buy an allocated parking space for ?10,000'.

No brainer.

Reminds me of yesterday. I had to call my estate agent and couldn't find the number of the branch so I called the other branch and - wait for it - she didn't know the number of the other branch and the person (singular) who did was on the phone. Fuckin incredible eh !

I guess you'll have to park on the street then! LOL! But seriously, since when did we all started paying for tenant parking? So far I've had parking spaces for free!
