CCleaner ( formerly Crap Cleaner ) isn't bad either...

It is good but be a bit careful using it. One night I downloaded it & happily went along clicking stuff, & next morning, I couldnt access the net!! (Several Nattie Lites undoubtedly exacerbated my normally nitwit state.) I had to use Restore!!( Best thing Microsoft ever came up with.)
