I'd stick to browsing and e-mail on my Girlfriends MacBook Pro if I could. In fact, it's great for editing as well, but I like a bigger screen.

Yeah, I use two as well. An Acer in my study for general/leisure use and a Dell in my studio solely for work purposes. It offsets any panic attack should one blow a gasket I guess.

if we are talking about additional machines as well as my desktop and server for home use i have 8 dell latitude 100L laptops that i use for work, and before anyone comes out with it, yes i have had them about 2 years and they were cheap then, but with buying 8 at a time cheap is good!
