This is a tricky one because I've been an utter twat. I've forgotten my administrator user name and password for my Toshiba Power DVD player, which I run with XP, because in over a year I've never had to use them.
All of my dvds have played fine during this time except for a recent addition from Private which says that my viewing is restricted due to parental control!! Here's the irony: I put this in place myself but now that I don't have my administrator info, or any apparent way to retreive it, I can't play the dvd. There doesn't seem any provision for a password reminder on either. Frustrating is not the word.
I'm not sure how responsible it would be for anyone to tell me how to get around this or how to reset my password, given that eager adolescents probably drop into this forum, but any help you could e-mail me with would be massively appreciated.
