Well now, let's see, smoking now seems to have been taken care of thanks to the new laws past across the whole of the UK ... did you guys really think it would take too long for the wise heads to come up with these stunning proposals concerning teenage bringe drinking??
I mean binge drinking aint exactly the healthiest of "hobbies" it has to be said and must surely cause a far greater amount of grief (police, doctors, local authorities cleaning the shit off the street) than somebody having a couple of ciggies ... or am I missing somethine here??
Personally I would advocate to do away with this binge drinking malarkey and make it a rule that you have to be "rat arsed" at least 7 days a week and only be able to get out of it with a "doctors line" ... that would sort the fuckers out!!
