My point is I'm the prior of that priory. I need to get all the girls back for the harvest.
I hope they've kept to their word of chastity.

Marino-Bet he had a look at porno on the quiet.
Re: Bernard Manning RIP
A sad loss..........he could tell a joke, unlike some of the fuckers like Frank Skinner and David baddiel.
Went to one of his shows many years ago, very funny. Met him afterwards, he was so pleasent and charming, totally opposite to what I had expected.
Don't forget, he did a LOT for charities that didn't get mentioned too much

Totally agree, very funny man,his jokes were of the time, loved the gag about him not being racist, his dad died in auswich, he had a heart attack and fell out of the guard tower.

Re: Bernard Manning RIP
They had Frank Carson on 5live this morning defending Manning
and some pc gimp attacking him - unfortunately did not hear it all tho
But one gag Nicky Campbell repeated was about moving gypsies on
with punchline - what's the point coz that's what they want?
Campbell says is that racist? Gimp just about to start saying his piece
and Campbell says this joke was told by Jimmy Carr, darling of the left and
Oxbridge comedian - silence from the gimp
Manning was good on the comedians in his time but things move on
Don't know if he was truely a racist or not. As some say above certain
jokes can be told at certain times amongst a particular group
Not linked with the above but I feel that swearing sits well with some
comics (eg Billy Connolly) and I don't really find it offensive. When he
swears it does appear to me that it's part of his every day language
By this I mean his earlier work before he became such a luvvy
On the other hand I have seen Chubby Brown and in my opinion
he does seem to swear as much as possible for effect and to offend
At the end of the day we can all choose who we wish to see and
are thankfully allowed opinions that not everbody has to agree with

Here's me thinking it was a scouser in a mansion, Terry.
Did your mate 'steal' that joke?
