I see that the ginger hamster was caught smoking on an non-smoking train today! He had voted for a ban on smoking in enclosed public places! Apparently his defence, when question by the British Transpost Police, on his arrival in Plymouth was that he was smoking "out of the window" !hmmm!

Though it is technically not illegal for Peers and MPs to smoke in the Palace of Westminster, both Houses have imposed a ban on smoking.
