I like a late night snack as well, usually about 11pm, then at midnight and again at 1 am, and if there's anything left I'll still be snacking at 2 am !laugh!

OMG they were sooooo nice!!!
First you cut the chips, then boil them in a pan of water for a couple of mins just to take the rawness out.
Then have the fryer on 150 degrees and cook the chips for about 5 mins then take them out so they are real fluffly in the middle and have just a tiny bit of colour.
Then set the fryer to 185, let it heat right up and then put them back in until they are golden brown or however you like to eat them.
There is your cookery lesson for today!!
I snack all the time! I'm so bad! The only reason I ate chips is coz someone was making them on the food channel. I just caught the same programme again on the +1 food channel and want them again now! Used up all of my taters tho.
