Can someone please tell me why every video I try to watch on youtube keeps freezing for about 10 seconds at a time.Thank You in advance.

Crasp ISP and slow connection speed? Most obvious reason.

Well my money is still on your ISP.
On a lowly 2.3 megs here, and rarely have any probs with youtube.....but some times I do. It usually only lasts one night whilst (im guessing) some maintanence work is going on some where.
Given all the recent flooding problems and disruption being caused to all most every thing in certain parts,this is more than likely the problem.

Try and check your download/upload speed. Does your ISP have a fair usage policy? You may have exceeded it and they're throttling your speed.
