Doing her bit to stop global warming by washing her smalls at 30 degrees with Ariel apparently...has anyone told her there's a billion Chinese lighting coal fires at home every night??

Still, it's the thought that counts I suppose...

...no, it's the exposure and the fee that count.
Raising kids is expensive, especially if you send them to a private
kindergarten in Gstaad or St. Moritz or somewhere else us plebs aren't
allowed in.
Advertisers trying to portray HC as some sort of 'ordinary mum' is as
patronising as it is laughable and hypocritical.

From some celeb gossip thing: "Helena Christensen lives a carefree life,
spending her time trotting between New York City (a girl has to work) and
Copenhagen. She enjoys being a free spirit, and hasn't bothered to really
decorate either of her two homes."
Working mum? Don't make me laugh.
How's all that travel affect her carbon-foorptint, then?

"a harmless drudge, that busies himself in tracing the original, and detailing the
signification...."

Carbon Footprint ?

Don't make me laugh, what a absolute load of fucking bollox. It's just another Government/Ecological Activist Fucknut Campaign. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for keeping this planet of ours alive, & not poisoning it, but you need GLOBAL co-operation.

3 of the first main things that would need to be stopped immediately, to help restore the planet:

1. Stop the use of ALL Carbon Based fuel Vehicles (Cars/Bikes/Trucks/Helicoptors/Airplanes/etc) IMMEDIATELY.
2. Immediate change over to Eco-Friendly Fuel for Homes/Business's (NO more use of Coal, Gas, Cerosine, wood for fuel etc).
3. Wasteful dumping of last years product/unnecessary purchasing of "the in thing" as soon as it hits the headlines.

Unless you can get every single human on this planet to carefully monitor how much rubbish they throw away, that is not recycleable "in their area", using the least amount of water possible every day for the rest of their lives, & going over 100% to NON Carbon based Fuels, limiting how much waste of electricity/gas/food/materials they purchase/use/throw away. Then no matter HOW MUCH Carbon Footprint monitoring you do, there's always about another 500,000 - 1,000,000 other cunts in the world wasting all YOUR good efforts. HA...

I recycle as much as the council in this area will take (they won't take wood, plastic, cardboard, paper magazines (inc old yellow pages, etc) aluminium packaging), virtually every house on this estate has the lil green bins to put their recycleables into, unyet not even 1/4 of the houses in this street bother to use/put the recycle service to use.

Recycling isn't the total answer either

The germans under a green government in the 80s tried recycling to the nth degree and ended up with massive stockpiles of materials that couldn't be re-used from memory
ie plastics was the main one

You need to stop it at the manufacturing level IMHO

Takes all the guess work out of recycling

Yeah, Plastics is a bastard to recycle, what you need to do is figure out what can be recycled, setup the facilities to recycle them, along with the people/companies who'll take the recycled materials off you once they've been recycled, then setup the collections for said materials.

What urks me about this area, they take magazines, & other such paper, now from my recollections, trying to recycle glossy finished paper is HARDER than plain printed ink on paper to recycle, yet they will NOT take plain paper (yellow papes, for example) but a highly glossy print mabazine, like Kays Catlogue, for example, they will take them willingly. The will take alumunium cans, but not aluminium packaging (like the pie cases for apple pie/meat & potatoe pie), fucking Retards.
