Bigger killer than Al-Qaeda

Post by Von Boy »

The NHS has killed MORE innocent people each year, including children, than Al-Qaeda has since 9/11............................

I wonder if the government will consider military action against the NHS !!

!confused!

It's absurd to compare inadvertent deaths with those that are
deliberately plotted.

True, but to equate with them with mass murderers like A-Q is
patronising, offensive and simply untrue.
Most of the NHS' problems are related to its grossly inefficient bureaucracy
and the incompetence of successive governments- the front-line staff are
generally hard-working and dedicated but it's no surprise that many are
disillusioned and have become cynical.

Hospital acquired infections will no doubt prove your case. But as has been said, equating cold, cynical killers with an organisation created to provide free health care for all is wrong in so many ways.

The argument can also be put for traffic lights or motorways, airlines or railways, supermarkets or farms. More people died at Hillsborough than on 7/7, but that doesn't make Sheffield Wednesday or the FA premeditated killers.

Your argument then can be applied to tobacco and alcohol manufactures and everyone involved with the sales and distribution of these products!

What are you talking about?

If you're referring to people who die of disease within a hospital, then the bug in question has killed them, not the hospital. The only patients the NHS could possibly be blamed for would be people who die during an operation, but these die despite the fact they have a team of people trying to keep them alive.

I won't reiterate the obvious between accidental/unpreventable deaths, and mass murder.

Also, it's rather ignorant and close-minded to suggest people who work in health care do not care for their patients. A Plumber can earn more money per week these days, than a nurse working unsociable ours, who spends all night cleaning up after people who shat the bed. Of course they fucking care..........well, more than your average person anyway.

Comparing a terrorist organisation to a national health system is something no one would even think about. It's crazy and means nothing.

More people die per year from falling coconuts, than shark attacks, but most people would rather fall asleep in the sunshine, under a coconut tree, than be put in a shark tank unprotected.

Congratulations in posting the dumbest post of today (probably the week, at least).
