Stalin and Hitler between them accounted for in the region of 30 million

and it depends on your criteria, but it's greater than about 20 million and
possibly so by a factor of two. Depends on which historian you favour,
and it's not really germane to the point except as an estimate of
magnitude].
I have no idea how many Attila managed but it must have been much
much less.
