Is there any point to these posts, Steve, or are you trying to discover a grey area? You ask about all the horrible people of 20th century history, get us to say they are bad, and then force us to concede that Reg and Ronnie weren't that bad ("they only ever brutally murdered and terrorised their own")?

Like all Communists, he was a fucking murdering rat. The French empire in Indo-China would have come to an end in a few years whatever happened. All this bastard and his comrades ensured was that the lives of millions of innocent people came to an end as well.

I have as much contempt for Communists as I have for Nazis, or any other totalitarian system which puts the needs of a party above the lives of ordinary people.

Speaking as a long-standing member of the species Rattus norvegicus
please also list your sources for alleging that he was a rat.
