not necessarily, if it's pure water then you have higher chance of water intoxication, if it has salts in it (ie orange cordial) then you are replacing in the blood what the pure water cannot
if you drank six pints of water straight off you could make yourself ill, but spread over time with food as well 15 litres should not be an issue - apart from lots of time in the bog!

Some of the water I drink is from the tap, the rest is bottled spring water (no advertising products here) either still or carbonated - burp!!
