And on that note . . .

It's goodnight from me.

There are more than enough trouble-making trolls around without two of the more adept bullshit detectors fighting one another. I'm not expecting you to kiss and make up; just avoid one another if you must.

Many a good thread goes unread once this kind of spat begins.

The final word from me tonight on Father Ted---Ardal O'Hanlon is guilty of plagiarism. That glayket look on his puss (translation---not terribly bright expression on his face) was stolen from "Charlie" the quiet (until the very end) one in Gregory's Girl.

The 'friends' iof Father Ted have an annual party on a weird island off the coast of Ireland each year. This year they voted on their favourite episode.PaddyPower had a book on it.I did my cash on The Eurovision episode. The scene when Ted loses it trying to compose a song is a classic.....

The winner was 'Speed 3'..the episode with the milk float having to stay above a certain speed or a bomb would explode.Father Dougal was the milkman in charge..

A classic. In my view like most of the best comedies the whole
cast worked so well together. Too many great shows to pick just
one episode as the best. One of the best bits though was when Ted
saved the depressed priest from killing himself.
Ted gets him back on track and puts him on the bus in a cheery mood
then the the radio plays a radiohead song - fantastic

Ah, Equity.
Why don't they just put a number in brackets like the databases here?
Barbara Windsor [13], Bruce Forsyth [71] and so forth?
