I reckon we could realisticly land the 6th spot. Anything above that, great. But I think 6th for us - Bolton for the drop !

Early doors I told you they were worth a punt at 400/1.I also told you to bet Hamilton for the F1 at 14/1.. I have had both bets...I will be amazed if Man City give me a return though! If they do no doubt Sven will be off to the continent somewhere....

Not a chance I'm afraid.

It was a great result for them yesterday but lets face it United played them off the park and City's goal was pure luck. How United never won I still don't know.

Top 8-10 finish for City which is still a good season considering what's happened in previous years and they can use that to build for future seasons.

You mean he isn't Lee Sharpe? Hardly, he seems to be half man, half lizard, he's got to be Peter Beardsley's love child. Even Abi Titmuss would draw the line, surely?

He struck me too, as a singularly ill-formed man. Hardly athletic-looking.

Still, if he starts banging them in for Utd I'm sure they [and 100s of
wannabe WAGs] will overlook his physical imperfections.

Oh dear.... Sundlund now seem to be finding their level after a good start
[3-nil? At Wigan, FFS !!!! Jeesus.....]. Still, one place above the drop will do
for me.

Never post early in the morning.

I meant Sharp obviously.

He'll be awsome for us this season, he showed flashes of that yesterday. The headed chance was only a half chance it was at an difficult angle. The Terry miss was far worse in the Chelsea/Liverpool game but doesn't get mentioned because one plays for Argentina and the other plays for england.

the team is starting to gel, and defensivly, we kept you out, attacking wise, I agree, we sat too far back and no-one really knew what to do. The team would have learned a lot from that game and Sven will get them playing together better, Europe beckons f't blues

When you said we kept "you" out then I hope that "you" wasn't referring to my good self as a Man Utd fan?

I am after all a Liverpool fan and we usually take exception to being called a Man Utd fan.

So how long have you supported United.............only jesting.

Seriously though I hope you lot do alright this season as you have had a lot of barren years and it's about time you had a decent side and had something to shout about.
