...so we have a half-armed force? Isn't that the same as an armed one?
You shoot an unarmed [but armoured] beat-officer and 5 minutes later
armed officers arrive......

And since when do the police decide whether they're armed or not?
I thought [all recent evidence to the contrary, admittedly] that the Govt.
dictated policy?

Have one for me [I am currently nursing a sore throat and several
different strains of 'flu and the mere thought of alcohol doesn't thrill me
at all......].
I don't have a japseye- I think mine's South Korean, possibly Laotian.
