Paxo wages war

Post by Pervert »

The Beeb (and other news outlets) won't be happy until the Kaplinsky clones (The Stepford Wives) take over all bulletins. They give them the odd, featurey type thing to do, to make them feel like real journalists, but they are basically just Barbies reading the autocue.

ITV's former flagship programmes This Week and World In Action are long gone. Apart from the occasional Pilger piece every five years, that company has given up serious investigative journalism.

Panorama is dumbing down nicely, and it's only a matter of time before Newnight suffers a cut too deep.

Yep, TV news is almost thoroughly Americanised.

signification...."

Serious news programmes and programme makers have all but disappeared and are being replaced by celeb-type infantile magazine shows!
