Mongoloid people have shorter noses, smaller ears, shorter arms and legs, and shorter toes/fingers, on average. They have more blood vessels in their nostrils, and a slightly higher body fat percentage compared to other races.

No because I doubt a hot climate would cause selection pressures that select longer genitalia.

A theory could be that Europeans and Asians developed clothing a lot earlier -due to climate- than their African brothers. Penises on show would be then be part of sexual selection. If ancient females picked partners with longer penises then men with longer penises would have more children and pass their genes on.

Gorilla's have small testes because a dominant male knows he's the father to all children in the group. Chimpanzees have massive testes because female chimps have sex with numerous males, so the males need to produce as much sperm as possible to fend off other male sperm.

We're all different for a reason.
