..anyone else think that the standard of our postal service is at an all time low?..the amount of stuff i've ordered recently that's 'gone missing' and the time stuff takes by first class is appalling..

With all the cut backs in services it's not really that surprising.

If this is occuring on a regular basis you should report it.
