Beatles films esp Help!
Think they all needed help when they made this film its coming out on dvd getting good reviews but i didnt really get it.

It was said that they felt like extras in their own film, Stevie.
But looking back I still love it, though it now looks like a few promo vids stuck together, it does have some fine cameos from some great bit part actors Leo McKern, Eleanor Bron, Roy Kinnear, Alfie Bass, Warren Mitchell, Dandy Nichols and even Wally Shufflebottom.

I started to watch their film 'A Hard Days Night' the other evening. I haven't seen this for decades. What is it about? The "acting" by the 'Fab Four' was laughable - the best of the poor bunch was Macca, the rest were dire. The "plot" was nonsensical and absurd. I watched it for about 20 minutes, got fed-up with it and turned over.
