Pretty sure I asked this some years back, but don't recall getting any proper answers. Why do so many film titles in the industry contain derogatory terms for women? Whores, sluts, slags, bitches . . . . all have featured in releases from companies. It seems to be okay to use abusive language for female performers, but the men are called "studs."

Probably because apart from a minority, most men look on themselves as the dominant sex? (this would still apply to female consumers of porn).

Now to emphasise this domination, they have to either talk of women in derogatory terms.

Actually a lot of the girls in the industry use these terms to describe themselves , think about it if you are an adult model looking for work you would hardly describe yourself as Lily White !love!

Bitches and whores .. if you've had a lifetime of being pussywhipped these are the films for you ! They'll reinforce your idea of a certain kind of woman. On the other hand there are more positive models of femininity with voracious sexual appetites.
