Yes, he's always waffling on about protecting the Scottish fishing industry. LOL!

More votes in protecting, or attempting to protect the fishing industry than crofting?

Oh, I've missed this. What has Crofter said (typed) now to get you all hot under the collar?

I remember Murray Walker getting a blast down a forest stage with Colin. He was genuinely petrified and his legs went after he got out of the car. He said he had been in a 2 seater Grand Prix car but couldn't believe how fast a modern works rally car went sideways between 2 solid walls of pine trees and rocks.

Colin did some testing in an F1 car. One of the pit crew thought it was the teams regular F1 driver by watching the geat change data on the PC link. In fact it was Colin, who got within 0.8 of a second of the F1 drivers within a few laps. Rally men (and Michelle Mouton) are by far the most skilled all round drivers, dust, gravel, ice, tarmac, mud, scary quick on all surfaces.

RIP a great driver and condolences to the other families involved.
