Not a chance. Smug wanker of the highest order. Plus nobody who likes Macca will be listening to Radio 1, more like Radio Quiet or Horlicks FM! Hasn't produced anything really good since Wings in the mid 70s.

I wasn't asking if people were interested in Macca, but the programme as a whole. It's running for 2 weeks, and Macca is just on tonight, which is the only reason I mentioned him.
I'll be tuning in when Noel and Weller are up.

Hmmmm say that you had managed to make such a succes of your life (im assuming of course that you haven't. I could be wrong) as Macca. You know little things like forming the most sucsefull and well respected bands of all time, forging a pretty good solo carear, having more money than you and I could possibly imagine and so on. Are you telling me that you would not be just a little bit smug?
I think he has earned the privilage of being smug. Or maybe he is just self satisfied. Either way im sure he speaks wonders about you !thumbsup!
Cheers

Nobody has earned the right to be a proper smug bastard BB (well apart from Weezer it seems), you can still have loads of dosh and not be totally up your own jackass you know - look at Ben Dover (he is usually up some 18yr olds) for a shining example or erm Dickie Branson.
PEOPLE think Stephen Hawking is so clever, but when you ask him a question and he is typing in the answer on his little screen, how do we know he isn't just looking up the answer on the Internet?

Maybe I didn't quite explain things properly. Macca isn't playing his favourite Beatles songs, but songs that have influenced him.
Listening to it now and he's gone from Fred Astaire - Beach Boys - Sex Pistols - Radiohead - Ray Charles.
It's quite good. Listen here
