You know it's good telly when you're interested enough to 'go anorak' on a series.

Agreed. Heroes and the new Battlestar Galactica are the best tv sci-fi since V.

The following may contain spoilers if you have not seen the rest of the series.

The 5 years later episode does not actually happen, as it is set following the destruction of New York City, and since that is prevented none of the episode is real.
Are you actually speaking english, or are you just making up words as you go along? I do that too...

- This is reminding me of discussions on the Back to the Future trilogy. That episode is an alternate future where the explosion happened. The error is this:

Future Hiro goes back in time, tells Peter that he doesn't recognise him without the "scar" and that he has to save the cheerleader.

Peter saves Claire, absorbing her power to heal but the explosion still happens.

Cut to an alternate future where Claire is still alive but Peter still has the scar - it is a cool looking scar.

Now I'm going to take my anorak off and go to bed.
